Preoperation of Charcoal Briquette Extruder Machine

1.before installation, please clean all parts to remove the rust caused during transporting or long time storing, and check if the parts are damaged.

2.Grout concrete on foundation and leave hole for screw, after the concrete solidate, hang the extruder machine on the foundation. Make the screw alignment and make secondary concrete grouting. After the ground screw solidates, calibrate the machine with gradienter. You can test the charcoal extruder machine after it is fixed and stable.

3.Add moderate amount of grease onto all lubrication parts. Tighten all screw bolts.

Jog the charcoal briquette extruder machine and seel if there is foreign matter or abnormal sound.

If there is no problem, you can start operation and check for correct rotation direction.

4.Keep the charcoal briquette machine idle running for 3-5 minutes. If all is normal, you can feed material into machine to begin production. Please feed material at even speed and material moisture should be 12-15%.

Material for biomass briquetting

The best materials for briquetting are sawdust and other woody residues, because these contain a high proportion of lignin. However, most dry agricultural residues can be used if they are ground into a coarse powder. Grain straw and dried grasses do not make good briquettes on their own, but work well when mixed with woody materials to provide the lignin. Bagasse, shells (such as from peanuts) husks (such as rice husks and corn cobs) and pine needles make reasonable briquettes. However rice husks are abrasive due to their silica content, and can reduce the life of machine components.
